David’s background is in NLP, Clinical Analytical Hypnotherapy / Psychotherapy.
Teaching & Training internationally with more than 19 years experience in Executive Business / Life coaching. Successfully re-training people from all walks of life to reach their professional business & personal life goals. David’s extensive experience combined with razor sharp intuition result in his unique ability and distinctive passion for always getting to the ‘root-cause’ of any presenting problem.

An innovative therapeutic modality which David has proven through his years of experience to be highly effective with regards to creating positive specific change for any individual. The foundations of NCLS® are rooted in David’s unique ability with language. NCLS® is a formulated unlimited technique used to positively re-structure the perception we have of ourselves, our environment, the model of our world and the people in it.

Vanessa Junginger
Vanessa is the owner of Surrey Wellbeing Clinic. She is a trained Practitioner of NLP – Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy®, Hypnosis and Business/Life Coaching. Vanessa is also a practitioner of EFT, TFT, NCLS® New Code Linguistic Strategies®, Teacher/Trainer of NLP Training 4 Kids and a Reiki Master.
Vanessa ran a Virtual Assistant Services business and lifestyle management service in West Sussex for five years. Prior to that she was a tutor in Offender Learning teaching Employability Skills and ESOL, taught long-term unemployed adults Literacy & Numeracy, delivered Business English courses to companies in Germany and was Training Manager in the Telecommunications industry.
Having worked as an Employability and ESOL Tutor in Offender Learning for three years, Vanessa regularly saw for herself the renewed sense of ‘hope for the future’ that learning and education brought to those who had found themselves in a prison classroom.
Prior to that, Vanessa worked in an adult education centre in the South of England teaching Literacy and Numeracy to long-term unemployed adults, many of whom had faced barriers to employment because they had no recent qualifications, work experience or computer skills, something most of us take for granted.
Vanessa was a Trustee for a Community Education Centre in Brighton which reached out to the most isolated in its community with social activities, education and workshops aimed at bringing people together on a weekly basis. For some, this might have been the only human interaction they had in a week.
The far-reaching effect of one person’s renewed belief and knowledge in self permeates into every area of their health, wealth, relationships and career.
